Commission Schedule Summary

- 65/35 percentage split (Agent/BuyIt Inc.) - on non-co-listed transactions until the Corporate Fee of $3,000.00 is covered by subtracting the BuyIt, Inc. commissions from the Corporate Fee, cumulative. Once the Corporate Fee is covered, the Agent’s commission schedule is increased to 70/30.

- 70/30 percentage split (Agent/BuyIt Inc.) - on non-co-listed transactions until the Office Fee of $24,000.00 is covered by subtracting the BuyIt, Inc. commissions from the Office Fee, cumulative. Once the Office Fee is covered, the Agent’s commission schedule is increased to 100/0.

- 100/0 percentage split (Agent/BuyIt Inc.) - on non-co-listed transactions once the Corporate Fee and Office Fee are covered.
